Women’s only classes
Our women-only classes are a time for women to be able to come and use the gym in a space that is dedicated to them.
Available in our Rockhampton clinic currently.
Join Our Women’s Only Fitness Classes!
To enroll in the Boost program, you will need to contact the clinic to enquire about spots. You will then be sent a pre-questionnaire for the program which can help us determine if you are the right fit for the program as we do have some guidelines on making sure you will be safe to work.
Once we clear you with that then we will book you in for a 4-week package which you will pay upfront and this prior booking allows us to be able to program for you and your goals in the classes mentioned above.

The women in our program are all there for the same reason, to improve their health. This may be physical health, mental health, or even both! This is the goal for each class to be able to come and tune out from the head noise for an hour, workout out with those around you, and come out of the session feeling lighter.
Tailored Exercise Programs
We see each person as an individual in these classes and know that everyone comes from a different background and with different goals. As a goal, we try to incorporate everyone’s goals into the programming for the classes and work towards these throughout your time with us.
