For Example Person “A” may perform multiple sets of bodyweight squats and feel their hips become more mobile. While.. Person “B” may perform multiple sets of bodyweight squats and feel no change in hip mobility. Although when.. Person “B” does some glute/hip trigger pointing along with multiple sets of bodyweight squats this may then improve hip mobility.
