Vector Health has commenced our next intake of our Rugby Performance Program. This program has been massively successful to date with 16 young men having been taken through an intensive program with a focus on movement education, strength and power technique and building their bodies ready to take on the next Rugby season with more physical presence than ever before.
Here are some comments from some of the boys about their experiences in this program so far:
Lachlan Bates
“Been at Vector Health only a short time coming up to 3 months and it has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. In such a short time I have been pushed to incredible lengths for the greatest results imaginable, never have I been stronger, fitter or felt better about myself and I honestly put it all down to Vextor Health. Plus they told me to eat more and that’s just great “
Grant Burchman
“The rugby development program is a great way to improve; speed, strength, size and power. The coaching sessionsreally encourage athletes to push their hardest and achieve greatness in either a group or individual setting.”
Theo Fourie
“Have been at Vector for almost 4 years and it has been an amazing journey. When I first began all I wanted to do was lift heavy things and put them down, and as a grade 7-8 kid, that was not the best thing for me. The staff here showed me the finer side to being strong and developed me specifically for rugby. The way they treated me and progressed me onto new exercises and heavier weights was top notch and if I had gone anywhere else I would not nearly be as strong as I am now or playing the level of rugby I am now. Very thankful to all the staff for their time and effort put into making me the best player I can be.”
Max Gambling
“I’ve been at Vector Health for about 14 months now, I came in as a broken teenager. The trainers put in a lot of time and effort to help fix these injuries. Although I have spent most of my time at that gym doing rehabilitation work, I’ve had an amazing time specially in the last 3 months or so training with the rugby development, that program has been great for developing my speed, strength and size as well as my ability on the field. The ability and knowledge of the trainers is incredible and they are always pushing to get more out of you. Overall Vector Health has been amazing for me, I never thought I’d be happy waking up at 4am to go to gym.
These are just 4 of the boys as part of this program. We are inviting the next intake to this program now and spaces are limited.
The next intake to the program we will be taking a program for 12-14 year old rugby players, boys and girls. If you are a 12-14 year old rugby player who absolutely wants to become a better athlete and is prepared to work hard of this, and do the little things to achieve big, then you need to join this program. We are limited to 16 athletes in our next junior intake.
The expected commitment is 2 strength and conditioning sessions per week and 1 field session per week for this program.
The enrolment form for the program is below. If you have questions prior to signing up for the program you can email glenn@vectorhealth.stagingarea.net or call 4927 8190 or you can message Vector Health on Facebook for more information. Please leave a phone number if you message or email so that we can call you back. We prefer to speak directly to you or your parents so we can answer questions you have in a conversation rather than back and forth in email.
This program is NOT just about being the strongest. It is about learning how to more effectively utilise what strength and power you have. Learning how to run properly, learning that stretching has a very important purpose.
