About me

Driven by a lifelong passion for athletic performance and youth development was something I experienced myself as a junior athlete than lead me into completing my Certificate IV in Strength & Conditioning and a Diploma in Sports Remedial Massage, my focus is centered on helping competitive athletes perform at their best, safely and sustainably.

In recent years have been deeply involved in the world of surf boat rowing, which I have currently taken a few seasons away from to complete my degree as a physiotherapist. I love to attend daily strength and conditioning sessions and the feeling of being physically fit and strong.

I have a particular interest in working with young athletes, supporting their physical development while reducing the risk of injury through tailored training and recovery practices. Whether it’s on the gym floor or outdoors, I’m committed to creating a positive impact through movement, discipline, and education.

Outside of training, you’ll most likely find me on the coast or out at the islands with my husband Anthony and our 2 beautiful daughters Lailah and Matilda boating, diving, camping, and making the most of life by the water. Our daughters always Joke about being homeschooled on a yacht one day.
