These spots are up for grabs! We had so much fun with our last round of mums and bubs classes we are opening our next round! We are super excited to get into these with you all!
Initial consultations for these will be with our Senior Physiotherapist, Miche Hansen, who holds a special interest in women’s health. She will be able to set up a personalized program to set you on the right path. These are on the week of the 28th of January to set you up for the group sessions.
Our group sessions will be run by one of our female Physios. These will be small groups of 6 mums and bubs run every Monday at 10 am for 6 weeks starting on the 3rd of February to the 9th of March.
The price for the package is $272 which covers the initial with Miche and the 6 group sessions with a Physio. Access to a private online group for mothers that will provide education posts. Plus the personalized care from our team to encourage you to achieve your goals!
The package fee has to be paid upfront to hold your spot. This package can be claimed on your private health.
