The next round begins on the 4th of April!
We are looking for mummas that are wanting to focus on themselves after birth and work on making themselves feel in charge of their new body.
Focusing on the pelvic floor with exercises and breathing techniques. We work slowly up from lying, sitting and then standing with every exercise over the 8 weeks. Core stability and mobility are important to be able to maintain our strength and be able to do our day to day tasks as a mother and a woman. We hope you all put a little me time into your week and come and join us!
